    JULIE COOPER

    ADMINISTRATION & OWNER OF SPLASH PAWS

    Julie will be your first point of contact with Splash Paws. She deals with all of the business administration for the rehabilitation centre, organising all the referrals, case histories, insurance claims and deals directly with all of our referring veterinary surgeries on behalf of our clients.

    EMMY FIGG MCHA – Qualified Hydrotherapist, Massage Therapist & Laser Therapist

    QUALIFICATION ACHIEVED:

    BSc (Hons) in Canine Therapy (including Hydrotherapy, Massage, Laser Therapy) from Writtle University

    Emmy has always had a passion for working with dogs and quickly found a love for canine rehabilitation. Emmy has a BSc (Hons) in Canine Therapy, including Hydrotherapy, Massage Therapy and Laser Therapy.

    When not at work, Emmy competes in agility around the UK. Due to this she has a specialist interest in Canine Sports Medicine and Conditioning and its relation to rehabilitation.

    KATIE COOPER  MCHA – Qualified Hydrotherapist, Trained Laser Therapist

    QUALIFICATION ACHIEVED:

    Level 3 Diploma in Canine Hydrotherapy

    Katie has a level 3 Diploma in Small Animal Hydrotherapy and is trained in Laser Therapy.

    Before hydrotherapy, she worked as a groom with horses for 10+ years on a stud but always dreamed of becoming a qualified hydrotherapist after doing it for work experience whilst in college.

    She has a horse of her own which she enjoys going on adventures around the Kent countryside on and a massive soft spot for Dobermanns after growing up with them in my family home.

    JASMIN DEE – MCHA (STU) – Qualified Canine Hydrotherapist

    Qualified Massage Therapist & Laser Therapist

    BSc in Animal Therapy from Writtle University

    Jasmin studied at Writtle University to gain her qualification in Canine Hydrotherapy after she had already completed her Degree in Animal Therapy.

    Jasmin has worked previously in the horse world as a groom and been a dog walker, giving her plenty of handling experience for her future career in hydrotherapy.

    ELEANOR BRIDGES MSc Ramp.

    Veterinary Physiotherapist, Master’s Degree (Level 7) from ARU Writtle University

    Ellie is our physiotherapist at Splash Paws.  She has a Master’s degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy after graduating from Writtle University.  Her next steps are gaining her qualification in canine hydrotherapy and canine kinesiology taping.

    Ellie found her passion for helping animals after growing up around dogs and horses from the age of 6. She always knew that working with animals was what she wanted to do!

    As a physiotherapist, Ellie deals with a lot of the dogs that are in the early stages following their surgeries. She has since taken a special interest in spinal cases and cruciate surgery dogs!

    Ellie has her own dog named Lola, who is now an older girl at 11 years old. Because of this, Ellie has developed a special interest in caring for senior dogs, particularly those dealing with osteoarthritis.  In fact, Ellie loves dealing with all of the dogs at Splash Paws and can’t wait to see any dogs for treatment with her!

    LYDIA DOUGLAS MARTLEW MSc, RAMP.

    Veterinary Physiotherapy Master’s degree from ARU Writtle University.

    Lydia joined the team at Splash Paws in September 2026 as a Veterinary Physiotherapist after achieving her Master’s in Veterinary Physiotherapy with ARU Writtle University.

    Lydia has grown up alongside dogs of various breeds ever since she was small, later assisting with her family business in dog walking, building her handling skills. This set her on the path to build a career around dogs.

    Currently, Lydia has a family dog named Howler, a rescue German Pointer, Howler. He is quite a nervous dog, which has sparked Lydia’s interest in working with anxious dogs to find ways to help build their confidence.

    GRACIE EXLER MSc, RAMP.

    Veterinary Physiotherapy Master’s degree from ARU Writtle University.

    Gracie is a qualified Veterinary Physiotherapist and soon to be a qualified Canine Hydrotherapist here at Splash Paws.

    Gracie’s passion for animals started at the age of seven and having always been fascinated by their musculoskeletal function as well as witnessing the positive effect physiotherapy and hydrotherapy had on animals, she knew it was the career she wanted to pursue.

    Since graduating, Gracie has developed a particular interest in rehabilitative physiotherapy and finds it rewarding to see the improvements it can bring not only to the dogs, but also their owners lives too.

    Outside of Splash Paws, Gracie enjoys training and going on countryside walks with her rescue Cockapoo, Coco. She also enjoys spending time in the saddle training and competing her loan horse.
